He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Francis Davies and Dorothy Ann Mackan (Peoples); and his brothers, Michael and Kevin Davies. He is survived by: his brother Greg; his sister-in-law Lis Davies; his nieces, Steph Davies of Philadelphia and Anna Davies of Aspen; his sister Shauna Wendt (Walter) of Seattle; his nephew Ben Wendt; his stepparents, Roger Mackan of Ostrander and Janet Davies of Columbus; and his stepsiblings, Michael Holton of Columbus, Matt Mackan (Jen) of Delaware, Wes Mackan of Delaware and Penny Tarini (John) of Columbus.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mount Aloysius.
