With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louella Marie Cozad of New Lexington, Ohio, who passed away on July 3, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Christopher Smith (Tricia) and Dawn Miller (Curt); her grandchildren, Katelyn Harris (Trey), Christopher Smith Jr., Carson Love (Chaz) and Caden Miller; her great grandchildren, Blair Harris, Cooper Harris and Callie Love; her siblings, Richard Sweeney (Sharon), Thomas Sweeney, Dennis Sweeney (Joann), Madonna Ketchum (Jim), Roberta Christy and Elizabeth Sweeney; her close friend Sam Hahn Sr.; her husband Robert Cozad; her parents, Frank Sweeney and Rose Sweeney (Gordon); and her brothers, Francis Sweeney (Joann) and Patrick Sweeney (Cathy).
