She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Alfred and Anna May Smarkol White; her husband Gus E. Chuvalas of Corning; her siblings, Paul Edward White, Charles A. White, Jr. and Ruth Ann White; and her grandchild Ashley Renee Chuvalas.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Chuvalas of Westerville, Ohio, James Chuvalas (Debbie) of Lithopolis, Ohio, Michael Chuvalas (Karen) of Marysville, Ohio and Richard Chuvalas (Diana) of Lancaster, Ohio; her grandchildren, Tiffany Chuvalas, Brandon Chuvalas (Melissa), Amber DeLeon (Chaz), Austin Chuvalas (Nichole), Nick Chuvalas (Emily) and Christopher Chuvalas (Elizabeth); and her stepgrandchildren, Annie O'Dell, Nicki Lawson (Kevin), Dani Gray (Jeff) and Carmen McGirr (Cody). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
