He was predeceased by: his parents, John Konstantine Chuvalas and Clara Mae Drake Chuvalas; his siblings, Thelma, Rose, Dorothy, Betty, Jim, Tim, John and Hank; and his grandchild Ashley Renee Chuvalas.
He is survived by: his wife June White; his children, Sharon Chuvalas of Westerville, Ohio, James Chuvalas (Debbie) of Lithopolis, Ohio, Michael Chuvalas (Karen) of Marysville, Ohio and Richard Chuvalas (Diana) of Lancaster, Ohio; his grandchildren, Tiffany Chuvalas, Brandon Chuvalas (Melissa), Amber DeLeon (Chaz), Austin Chuvalas (Nicole), Nick Chuvalas (Emily) and Christopher Chuvalas (Elizabeth); and his stepgrandchildren, Annie O'Dell, Nicki Lawson (Kevin), Dani Gray (Jeff) and Carmen Mcgirr (Cody). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
