He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Tackett); his children, Valerie Dearing (Rick), Lisa Leckrone (Joe), Wayne Tolliver (Cindy) and Kevin Tolliver (Melissa); his brother Willis Tolliver; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Sexton. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 20 great- grandchildren.
