He is survived by: his parents, William Alfred and Gloria Esther Rumble Milyard; his brother Brian Kent Milyard (Caroline); his daughters, Andrea Marie and Alise Christy Jo; and his grandmothers, Beulah Mae Beckner Rumble and Rhoda Mae Lavy Milyard. He is also survived by many cousins, relatives and friends.
