She was predeceased by: her parents, Raphael Leroy Brown and Mary Ellen Brown (Corron); her stepmother Dorothy Brown; her former husband William Stump; her children, Pamela Amos and William J. Stump; her daughter-in-law Barbara Stump; and her siblings, Sonny, Samuel Brown and Wilma Nicodemus.
She is survived by: her husband Julian Hoke; her daughter Mary Jane Brockman (Dick); her stepchildren, Brenda LaRue (Kenneth), Kenneth Hoke (Rita) and Patricia "Lynn" Gilvin (Donny); and her siblings, Raellen D'Andrea, Beverly Snelling, Steve, James and Jeffrey Brown. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
