She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kincaid and Jean Kincaid of Brookville. She is survived by: her husband John Noe; her children, Joni McElroy (Jonathan) and John Charles Noe; her grandchildren, Rachel and James McElroy; and her sister Tammy Garwood. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
