She is survived by: her children, Jerome Perkins (Nicole), Jason Perkins (Leslie) and Michelle Powell (Steve); her sister Linda Barnett (Danny); and her grandchildren, Emma, Carson Perkins and Matt Powell. She is also survived by many other relatives & friends.
