He is survived by: his stepfather Earl Crouch; his siblings, Ken Reed and Karen Kaup (Tom); and his stepsiblings, Rick Crouch (Adriana), Earl "Bud" Crouch Jr. (Pegie) and Gail Skidmore (OB). He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews.
