He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest R. Peffly and Mary E. Peffly (Carter); his wife Naomi "Pete" Peffly; his daughter Terry Graham; and his grandson Shawn Graham.
He is survived by: his son Steve Graham (Mary); his brothers, Gary Peffly (Lee), David Peffly (Ruth) and Rick Peffly (Sheryl); his grandchildren, Greg Graham, Shannon Graham and Amanda Newton (Oliver); his great grandchild Charlie Brewer; and his close friends, Henry, Goldie, Larry Moore, Kenny Sporre, Brett Goad and Mike Rasor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
