She was predeceased by: her parents, James Horn and Ocie Horn; her son Jesse; and her siblings, Lola Stocks, Geraldine Kautz and James Thomas Horn.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Fohl; her daughters, Melissa Rose (Jeremy) and Amanda Knipp (David); her grandchildren, James Diehl (Courtney), Nathaniel, Lucas Diehl, Samantha Rose, Makayla, Abigail, Demetrius and Evelyn Knipp; her great grandchildren, Salem and Asher Diehl; and her siblings, Wilma Doss, Irene Dunn, Phyllis Ernst, Tony Horn (Rachel Ann), Patricia Haston (Kenneth), Suzanne Horn, Ronald Fohl and Patricia Griffin (Ernie).
