Palmer of New Lebanon, Ohio, born in Beattyville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 26, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sherman Kilburn and Hazel Kilburn (Cole); and her brothers, Cecil Kilburn, Wilton Kilburn and Joe Kilburn.
She is survived by: her husband Wilton; her children, Keith Palmer (Barbara) and Jerry Palmer (Carolyn); her grandson Shane Palmer (Yue); and her great grandchild Asriel Palmer.
