He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Leslie O'Hair and Etta O'Hair (Spencer) of Wolfe County, Kentucky; his siblings, Rondal R. O'Hair of Eaton, Ohio and Sandra Halcolm (O'Hair) of Campton, Kentucky; and his son Michael Eugene O'Hair.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl O'Hair (Landis); his sons, Trenten O'Hair and Dustin O'Hair (Holly Christophel); his grandson Aiden O'Hair; his daughter Sarah Moore (Foster); his siblings, James O'Hair, Marcus O'Hair (Tracy), David O'Hair and Terry O'Hair; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Landis, Cinda Sizemore (Carlin Wayne), Karen Arnold (Herbert) and Jolene Landis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
