He is survived by: his sons, Dwane Collins of Eaton and Joshua Collins of Dayton; his siblings, Bob Collins of West Alexandria, Ed Collins (Frances) of Kissimmee, FL, Chuck Collins (Janice) of Brookville, Clark Collins (Phyllis) of Lewisburg, Clarence Collins of Lewisburg, Lonzel Collins (Arlene) of West Alexandria, Kenny Collins of Eaton, Sam Collins (Judy) of New Lebanon, Maryetta Johnson of New Lebanon, Aurel Collins (Connie) of West Alexandria, Gary Collins (Kim) of Brookville, Forrest Collins (Sandy) of New Lebanon, Marty Lee (Chuck) of New Lebanon and Teresa Brinson (Greg) of West Alexandria; and his close friend Debbie Snyder of Eaton.
