She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Ray Cunningham; her parents, Clarence Landis and Myrtle Landis (Bitner); and her siblings, Carl, Darrel, Kenneth Landis, Catherine Wallace and Juanita Winkler.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Ray (Debra), Dennis Ray (Sherri) and James Richard (Mitzi); her grandchildren, Jesse Cunningham (Kimberly), Jonele Terrell (Kevin), Brooke Marlow (Justin), Tyler Cunningham (Dani), Jeremy Cunningham (Crystal) and Cassie Shepherd (Isaac); her great grandchildren, Chloe, Xander, Payten Terrell, Sydney, Trent, Jadon Cunningham, Brealyn Fuls, Charlie Marlow, Sawyer, Savannah, Sullivan Shepherd, Waylon and Bodey Cunningham; and her brother Noel Landis.
