He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Kollmeyer and Sarah Kollmeyer-Fent; and his siblings, Daryl Dennis Kollmeyer and Sue Sullivan. He is survived by: his sister Joyce Stump (Dana); and his close friends, Larry and Jenny Fitzwater. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
