He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Paul Puterbaugh and Mary Puterbaugh (Chockey). He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Puterbaugh (Smith); his children, Kenneth Chris Puterbaugh (Teresa) and Kelly Luebke (Brett); his siblings, Maribeth Smith (Ron), Bob Puterbaugh and John Puterbaugh (Debbie); and his granddaughters, Sarah, Molly, Megan Luebke, Mary Ella Kate, Julia and Gabrielle Puterbaugh.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Dayton in Ron's memory.
