He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Huffman and Joan Huffman. He is survived by: his wife Kim Huffman; his sons, Jeremy Huffman (Miranda) and Kyle Huffman (Tiffany); his granddaughter Elizabeth "Betty" Huffman; and his brother Ken Huffman.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, or Family Church.
