He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter D. Moulton and Doris Moulton (Meyers); his wife Nancy Louise Moulton; and his daughters-in-law, Debbie, Rhonda and Rita.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Moulton, John Moulton, Walt Moulton and Andrew Moulton; and his brother Walt Moulton (Nancy). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, several great grandchildren as well as numerous other family members and many friends.
