She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Humphrey and Mary Alice Humphrey; her daughter Lee Ann Proffitt; and her sister Betty Lee Havens. She is survived by: her husband Paul Proffitt, Sr.; her children, Paul Proffitt, Jr. (Barbara) and Lisa Witt (Gary); her grandchildren, Jason Willoughby (Tracey), Valerie Puckett (Rusty), Melissa Pepper, Elizabeth Candido (Rafael) and Abigail Taylor (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Lane Willoughby, Meghan Puckett-Hunter (Adam), Caleb Puckett, Gabe Puckett, Zac Puckett, Olivia Sizemore, Liliana Candido, Victor Candido, Colton Taylor, Denver Taylor and Easton Taylor; her great great grandchildren, Emery Sizemore-Puckett and Barrett Hunter; and her sister Dorothy "Dottie" Wood. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
