He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Boone Fletcher and Verna Fletcher (Ratliff); and his son Chad R. Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Connie S. Fletcher (McIntosh); his daughters, Susan Fletcher and Saundra Goettemoeller (Nathan); his sister Carol Hunter (David); his sister-in-law Wanda Jordan; and his grandchildren, Bryce, Briana and Brynlee Goettemoeller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
