He was predeceased by: his father John Porter Adams; his siblings, John Adams and Teresa Adams; and his niece Billi Chambers. He is survived by: his mother Ruby G. Adams (Creech); his wife Karol; his children, Stacey Combs (David), Angie Allen (Daniel), Garrett Adams (Kara) and Jason Marcum (Ahrens Bertram); his grandchildren, Sydney Adams (Matt Spencer), Trinity Allen, Dustin Adams, Noah Allen, Brandan Combs, Kailee Allen, Craven Chambers, Isaac Allen, Cooper Chambers, Josiah Adams and Whitley Adams; his great grandchildren, Niomi and Noah Spencer; his sisters, Sandra Smith and Penny Cline; his aunt Dianne; and his uncle Curt Creech. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
