He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Blair and Maggie Blair (McKinney); his granddaughter Jennifer Blair; and his siblings, Joann Orth (Pauline Blair), Ernie and Bill Blair.

He is survived by: the mother of his children Carolyn Kooser (Jeff); his children, Angela Woods (Roy) and Jeff Blair (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Michael and Kirsten Blair; his great grandchildren, Makenzie Blair, Allissa Blair, Izabella Blair and Michael Blair; and his nieces and nephews, Karla Carroll, Randy, Rick Orth, Pauline Miller, Tim and John Blair.

Memorial contributions may be made to American Legion Post 762, 35 W. Main St., New Lebanon, Ohio 45345.
