He was predeceased by: his parents, Vercie Miller (Emery) and James Miller; his wife Mabel J. Miller; and his siblings, James J. Miller, Elsie Miller, Howard Miller, Tom Miller, Calvin Miller and Faye Marsh.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Fulton, Buddy Cartwright, Linda Lambert and Frankie Miller; and his siblings, Vonnie Miller and Glenna Hardy. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many other extended family.
