He is survived by: his daughter Holly Duncan (Jason); his stepsons, Jeremy Simonton and Jason Simonton; his former wife Rhonda Yount; his nieces, Amy Stultz and Rachel Fugate-Schoenherr; and his sister-in-law Diane Fugate. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 2 great-granddaughters.
