He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Sword and Miriam C. Sword (Moosbrugger); his brothers, Dennis and Doug Sword; his in-law James Heath (Joanna); and his daughter Nichole Sword.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Sword (Heath); his son Andrew Sword (Dianne Grabeman); his grandchildren, Megan Osborn (Kevin Jones), Elizabeth Konicki (Austin Chaffee) and Devin Brombaugh (Jasmyne Cruz); his brother Don Sword (Donna); his nephew Derek Sword; his sister-in-law Jamie Johnson (Heath); his niece Erin Moore (Bob); his great-nephew Jackson Moore; his nephew Ben Moore; his brother-in-law Brett Heath (Kathy); and his pet Tubby.
