Bobby Charles Phillips Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Charles Phillips of New Lebanon, Ohio, who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Ann Ramsey Phillips; his son Philip Charles Phillips; his parents, John Charles Phillips and Maeona Caudill Phillips Wall; his stepfather Robert B. Wall; his siblings, Virginia Mae Phillips (Ginger), Lona Jeaniene Phillips Duskey (Richard G. Duskey) and Richard William Wall (Dick); his brothers-in-law, Phillip Daryl Osborn and Carl Edmond O'Dell; his grandson-in-law David John Morelle; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie T. Morelle, Benjamin C. Morelle and Emmy Isabella Thompson; his parents-in-law, Marcus K. Ramsey and Catherine N. Turvene Ramsey; his brother-in-law Larry K. Ramsey; his niece Lindsey R. Ramsey; and his grandfather Robert B. Caudill.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Jenny M. Shinn Morelle, Sara R. Shinn, Michael A. Shinn, Kelsey A. Mallow Thompson (Justin Thompson) and William T. Mallow; his great grandchildren, Alexa, Jayce, Easton, Zachary and Brooks; his sisters, Kristeen Wall Osborn and Annette Wall O'Dell; his sisters-in-law, Melinda Lindsey Wall and Melinda Bianco Ramsey; and his close friends, Judge Walter H. Rice (Bonnie Beaman Rice), Retha Phillips, Barbara Francis Upthegrove, John T. Elder (Ann H. Elder), Steve Diorio, David H. Berkebile and Sharon Howard White.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Central Presbyterian Church (4699 Lamme Rd, Moraine, OH 45439). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
