He was predeceased by: his wife Cheryl; his parents, Deloris Abram and William Osborne; his parents-in-law, Harry and Barb Townsend; his siblings, Danny Osborne, James Osborne and Donna Osborne; and his nieces, Heather Townsend, Crystal Townsend and Cherish Gray.
He is survived by: his daughter Tara; his son-in-law Forest Runnels, Jr.; his son Todd Osborne; his daughter-in-law Sarah Nickell; his grandchildren, Forest, Brittany Runnels, Celeste and Caleb Simpson; his great grandchildren, Caeden Simpson and Arabella Runnels; his siblings, Bernard Campbell, Dorothy Fredricksen (Don) and Charlene White (Luke); and his siblings-in-law, David Townsend (Tina), Theresa Gray (Ted), Donna Townsend and Rosie Osborne.
There will not be a dinner afterwards due to Covid restrictions.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to help with funeral expenses or to Hospice of Dayton.
