He was predeceased by : his parents, George H. Holtkamp and Lydia Holtkamp (Schroer); and his brothers, Robert Holtkamp and Reuben "Jetty" Holtkamp. He is survived by : his children, David Hooper (Sandy) of Powell, Ohio, Kelly Sage (Jay) of Bellefontaine and Kay McDaniel (Bruce) of Wapakoneta. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 7 nieces and 3 nephews.
