It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Jarrells (New Knoxville, Ohio), born in Nolan, West Virginia, who passed away on January 4, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Luther Cook and Polly Cook (Ratliff); her spouse Ray "Rebel" Jarrells; and her children, Phill Jarrells (Cora) of Wapakoneta and David Jarrells of Saint Marys.
