She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Lammers and Lola Lammers (Howe); her former husband Dale Meckstroth; her brother Dennis Lammers; her brother-in-law Robert Wisenborn; her parents-in-law, Ferdinand Meckstroth and Jennie Meckstroth; and her siblings-in-law, Roland Meckstroth, Wilma Meckstroth, Marvin Schuller, Lois Schuller, Casper Hoelscher and Rachel Hoelscher.
She is survived by: her husband David L. Berlet; her children, Dana D. Meckstroth Brown of Clarksville, Tennessee and Dirk D. Meckstroth of New Knoxville, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Tiffany Dixon (Jeremy) of Clarksville, Tennessee., Dale Brown (Anna) of Clarksville, Tennessee., Cora, Wyatt, Titus, Micah Dixon Amos, Magnolia, Wren, Goldie and Axl Brown; her sisters, Karen Wisenborn of Celina, Ohio and Diane Fledderjohann (Tom) of New Knoxville, Ohio.; and her siblings-in-law, Marlene Lammers of New Knoxville, Ohio., Ned and Ruby Berlet of Wapakoneta.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Sandra's memory can be directed to either New Knoxville Methodist Church or Midwest Mission.
