She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Cline and Helen Cline of Mansfield, Ohio.; her sister Diana Jackson (Leigh); and her grandson Zac Hemmelgarn (Bailey). She is survived by : her husband Johnny; her daughters, Amy Hemmelgarn (Ken) and Sheila Farley (Rod); her grandchild Jarod Hemmelgarn (Alexis) of Delaware, Ohio; her daughters, Bailey Hemmelgarn of Bellefontaine, Ohio, Delaney Farley of Bowling Green, Ohio, Addison Farley (Lance Orick) of Canton, Georgia, Samantha Hemmelgarn of New Bremen, Ohio and Cameron Farley of New Knoxville, Ohio.; her siblings, Jerry Cline, Sylvia Spieles (Todd), Bobbie Cline, Ethel Musick (Steve), Herb Cline (Susan), John David Cline and Rick Cline (Evelyn); and her brother-in-law Leigh Jackson.
