She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Svajlenka and Rose Svajlenka (Janik); her spouse Murry E. Chalk; her son Stan Chalk; her sisters, Irene Stiles (Harold) and Marguerite Tony (Carl); her in-laws, Homer and Sadie Chalk; and her brother-in-law Chester Chalk (Elizabeth).
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Kruse (Bob) of New Knoxville, Anne Hegemier (Tim) of New Knoxville, RoseMary Wietholter (Brad) of North Carolina, Carol Meyer (Preston) of New Knoxville, Lisa McCloskey (Thomas) of South Carolina and Kevin Chalk (Melanie) of Minster; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Chalk of New Knoxville. She is also survived by twenty two grandchildren, thirty five great-grandchildren, and a number of cherished nieces, nephews, cousins, special neighbors and friends.
