He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernon Wilkins and Esther Wilkins (Gottschalk); his brother-in-law Judge Clair Huntsman; and also Brian Whetstone. He is survived by : his sons, Doug Wilkins (Mary Ann) of Celina, David Wilkins (Judy) of Fort Wayne and Greg Wilkins (Amy); and his siblings, Thomas Wilkins of Lima, Jim Wilkins of Lakeland, Florida and Emily Huntsman of Wilmington. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
