Cummins of New Knoxville, Ohio, born in Lima, Ohio, who passed away on October 29, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Robert C., Sr. and Helen Cummins (Kantner); his children, Carrie C. Marchal (Mike), Cynthia S. Short (Charles), Bert A. Cummins (Tammy) and Carl C. Cummins (Kim); and his wife Susan Kay Horman. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren & 8 great grandchildren.
