He is survived by: his parents, Jade Deerhake of New Knoxville and David Starr of Botkins; his grandfather Todd Deerhake of New Knoxville; his great-grandparents, Bob and Sandra Deerhake of New Knoxville; his siblings, Gunar Starr and Daisy Starr; his grandmother Tamela Fetters (Rodney) of Van Wert; and his great-grandparents, Linda, Steven Schroer of New Bremen, Delores and William Starr of Montezuma.
