She was predeceased by : her parents, O. Richard Roser and Mary E. "Betty" Roser (Sillin); her husband Elmer L. Neuman; and her brother Bruce Roser. She is survived by : her son Michael E. Neuman (Victoria); her granddaughters, Sarah Braun (Tyler) and Rebekah Clements (Joel); her great grandchildren, Richard L. Neuman (Lisa) and Makayla E. Braun; her brother Carl Roser (Marsha); her sister-in-law Nancy Roser; and also Samantha Neuman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the New Knoxville Fire Department.
