He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer E. Hoelscher and Martha M. Hoelscher (Lammers); his wife Geneva "Judy" Hoelscher (Routt); and his sister Marsha J. Hayes (Hoelscher). He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Spencer (Shawn) and Dionna Chambers (James); his grandchildren, Chloe Tascoff (Douglas), Samuel Spencer, Lydia Duncan and Grace Duncan; and his great grandchildren, Sophia, Elijah and Isaiah Tascoff.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Church of New Knoxville (200 W Bremen St, New Knoxville, OH 45871). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Church, New Knoxville.
