She was predeceased by: her parents, Susan Cummins (Horman) and Robert Cummins. She is survived by: her sons, Mark, Matt and MJ (Jessica); her grandchildren, Braylon and Makenna; her husband Mike; and her siblings, Cindy Short (Chuck), Bert Cummins (Tammy) and Carl Cummins (Kim). She is also survived by three sons and a daughter-in-law; two grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services (615 Dixie Hwy, Wapakoneta, OH 45895). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (101 W Pearl St, Wapakoneta, OH 45895).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, Wapakoneta.
