He was predeceased by: his brother David Seitz. He is survived by: his mother Sarah Seitz; his children, Josh Seitz (Bridget), Heather Motts (Ashton) and Kylee Seitz (Brendan Parrish); his grandchildren, Gannon Seitz, Carson Anders and Nash Seitz; his sisters, Tina Lower (Dale), Billie Jo Seitz and Jessica Sutton; his niece Sarah Ratliff; and his nephews, Kenny Lower, Hunter Cokenougher and David "Skeeter" Seitz.
