He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Albert and Dorothy Fay Cook Marshall; his wife Georgia Mae Goodman Marshall; his daughter Valerie Manning; his granddaughter Nicole McConnell; and his daughter-in-law Kim Manning.
He is survived by: his children, Tara Harrington (Steve) and Todd Marshall (Deidre); his grandchildren, Courtney Harrington, Taylor Harrington, Leanna Marshall and Aaron Marshall; his great grandchild Sophia Mae; his children, Dwayne Manning and Stephanie Halverson (Randy); and his brothers, Kevin Marshall (Kathy) and Steven Marshall (Sandy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
