He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Futhey and Florence May Futhey (Mills). He is survived by: his wife Judy Futhey (Vince); his sons, John Futhey (Robyn) of Piketon and James Futhey of Seattle, Washington; his grandchildren, Will Futhey, Wade Futhey, Tabytha Cooper, Isaac Cooper (Madison) and Ravyn Cooper; and his brothers, Gene Futhey and Jackie Wilson.
