He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Cook and Nellie Crooks Cook; his son Gregory A. Greene; his daughter-in-law Cindy R. Greene; and his siblings, Thomas Cook, Francis Cook, Marvin Cook, Carroll Cook, Lewis Cook, Betty Jean Thomas, Mildred Carroll and Ruth Trego.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Williams Cook; his children, Donald "Don" Jr. Cook (Margaret), Richard "Dick" Cook, Diane Cook, Ronald Greene and Kelley Robbins (Justin); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Gonzalez (J. Jesus), Martina Cowart (Kim), J. David Cook (Pamela), Lisa Creedon (Mike), Leslie Widman (Ron), Brian Cook (Kelly), Tyler Cook and Cassy Bennett (Kyle). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
All guests are strongly encouraged to wear a mask or other facial covering.
