She is survived by: her children, Teresa Hooks (Bill), Jim Hamby (Billie Jo Cetone) and Scott Follrod (Sherry); her grandchildren, George Hooks, Randy Hooks, Stephen Hamby (Natasha), Clarissa Follrod and Dusty Follrod; her great grandchildren, Kaeden Hooks, Addilyhnn Hooks, Landon Hamby and Greyson Hamby; her sister Patricia Tackett (Bill); her nephew Dennis Campbell; and her close friends, Teresa Combs, Evelyn Smith, June Milstead, Melissa Hooks and Donna Hughes.
