He was predeceased by: his parents, David L. Bolen and Veronda Kay Stumbo (Tuttle); and his grandparents, Feris and Verniece Tuttle. He is survived by: his son Jacob Bolen; his brothers, Tony "Bones" Bolen of Shelby and Steven Bolen (Jessica) of Plymouth, Ohio; his fiancée Jennifer Sword of New Haven, Ohio; and his children, Sommar Sword, Troy Anthony Lee Sword, Ashton Sword and Emalee Sword. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
