He is survived by: his spouse Elsie Nell Swartz; his children, Amy Dotson (Richard) of Wapakoneta, Cathy Quay (Wade) of Smyrna, Georgia, Bonnie Laurie (Scott) of Maumee, OH, DeMaris 'Dee' Whetstone of New Hampshire, OH, Ellen Conley (David) and Rex Allen Whetstone of Lima; and his brother Douglas Dean Whetstone of Cridersville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 step grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 9 step great grandchildren.
