He was predeceased by: his sister Clara; his brother-in-law George McClure; his brother Homer H. Wallace Jr.; and his brother-in-law Bill Howell. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Julia Alayne Wallace (Wehner); his daughters, Dr. Nora Wallace (Gerald Lushington) and Lisa Renee Wallace; his grandson Thomas H. W. Lushington; his sister Dorothy A. Wallace Howell; and his nieces, Wendy A. McClure and Laura McClure (Michael Kaufman).

Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Farus Funeral Home of New Concord (63 W Main St, New Concord, OH 43762). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the New Concord Cemetery (701 Friendship Dr, New Concord, OH 43762). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the New Concord United Methodist Church (20 E High St, New Concord, OH 43762).
