He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ralph and Nellie May Kuhn (Ferguson); his wife Mary Belle Kuhn (Gray); and his siblings, Everett Kuhn, Gerald Kuhn, Mary Elder and Betty Stafford.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Witham (Gregg) of Lancaster, Renae Miller (Chris) of New Concord and Vicki Karling (Scott) of New Concord; his grandchildren, Christina Hartman (Matt), Jackie Suman (Todd), Curtis Witham (Sarah), Casey Miller, Cheryl Daniels (Rob), Charlie Karling (Sarah), Chelsie Karling and Chase Karling; and his great grandchildren, Morgan Hartman, Micah Hartman, Cooper Suman, Tyler Suman, Caleb Witham, Auzlyn Miller, Gray Miller, Waverly Miller, Ila Karling, Owen Karling and Harper Daniels. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
