He is survived by: his wife Deloris; his children, Richie Pullins (Gina Brewer) of Nebraska, Jenny Pullins of New Concord, Charlene Pullins of Millersport and Gary Hoy (Helen Schmeltzer) of Norwich; his grandchildren, Skylar, Chelsea, Jacob, Bobbie, David, Nicole and Christopher; his great grandchild Lilly; and his siblings, Robert Pullins (Clyde Frasure), Richard Pullins (Charlene), Randall Pullins (Joyce), Rhonda Ramey (Jeff) and Beverly Templeton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
